I went here during the Tupalo.com-Lokaltour, and the Tupalo cocktail was cool! Also the food looked really good, I should go there to eat someday.

The place looks pretty crowded usually, but during the week it's pretty nice. There is a bigger smoking side and a smaller non-smoking side at the back. The music was not my favorite, but I guess it's fine in the background.

All in all, it's place worth visiting in the lively neubau area!

Very nice place to 'get your cocktails on'! I had the flying kangaroo, tequila sunrise and the seabreeze. We started outside and continued in the 'smoking area' (not that there's really a division) inside. Will definitely end up here again, for I loved the hippie-esque vibe of the area.

I like it here, I came a few times with a friend and spent quite a while there without getting the feeling they wanted to kick us out.

I like their breakfasts, which they serve until late also on weekdays. That's good, because in some cases - like the Oriental breakfast, or the French or American ones - you get lots of food, and it saves you money.

Service is ok, it depends a lot on the waiters who are there. I really like their cappuccino and caffelatte, which is why I often end up ordering one more on top of the one included in the breakfast. I recommend it, definitely :)

I like their free WiFi, the fact that they offer soy milk and their coffee is quite good. the staff is friendly most of the time, I had my share of uninterested slow service there, too.
still, something about the place rubs me the wrong way. maybe it is a little too wannabe posh and ubertrendy for me, it seems like the 60 year old uncle that wants to run with the hip crowd.
never my first choice but great for a quick soy latte anyways.

Pricey but nice. Very roomy in the back. Also quite stuffed at times, which makes it hard to follow a conversation. Otherwise a nice place with good food.

a very nice and stylish place, the bar itself looks amazing

i had a beef steak toast for 9,9€ and it was great, well, the steak was great, the side salad and the chips were not so tasty but still all in all i really enjoyed that meal, and the price was ok

after that i had a glass of white wine (sauvignon blanc) for 3,8€ and god damnit, it was worth it, by just having a look at the wine card i can say that they serve really good wine there. if you are into wine, you can definitely go there.
UPDATE: been there today and checked out the red wines, still, the selection is great, but the experience today wasn't. the first wine i had came in an unpolished glass and the second one was cold .. cold red wine ... come on ...

had no time to check out the cocktails, but i'll go there next week sunday again as they have happy hour the whole day (4,5€ for a cocktail)
UPDATE: i had my cocktailbar test cocktail which is a tequilla sunrise, easy to make, but perfect to measure the barkeepers mixing skills. there was no real "sunrise" and it just tasted like orange juice ... sour orange juice

to sum up .. i liked the place and i can say for sure that it's worth going there and check it out
UPDATE: i would deduct a star according to my updates, but i keep my reccomodation to check the place out, as i will still go there to and it's stays worth a look because i still had a nice evening =)

Went there again tonight. It turns out there is more than just the table at the front I usually take :P Nice food, nice waitstaff, nice design.

    Free wi-fi!

The risotto pollo is good, and apparently the penne con fungi is lovely.

This place has an outside courtyard in the summer, and the interior is decked out in dark wood and fittings.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there's an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet for 10 euros that runs from 11am to 3pm.

Finally made it to Caffe Latte after years of walking past and wondering what really was going on inside that dark and opposing storefront.

Inside the cafe is covered in dark wood floors, shiny glass and surprisingly pleasant waiting staff. Coffee is quite ok, though, no soy milk, but hey, what can ya do?

Free and fast WLAN is a huge plus.

Just went there for a salad and some coffee. It was OK. Don't sit right by the door when it's cold and windy outside ;).

A little pricer, but a comfortable place for a coffee, and they have nice garten. Plus, free WLAN! The food is also decent, and I totally want the cylindrical beer glasses.
