This is a large climbing hall located in the outskirts of Vienna. It is about 12 Euro / 9 Euro in the afternoons and mornings respectively (with the discount). The nice thing about this place is you can see all manner of climbers including some pretty fit oldies and young uns. The mix is delightful and the climbing is not bad also. There are changerooms with showers and lockers for use. Bring your drink or buy from the small cafe in the hall.

A climbing gym. As far as I know the routes range in difficulty from II to X, so there's one for everybody, from noob to pro. (They have a list on their homepage where you can check that.) Also there's the possibility to either climb toprope or leading. They have a shop at the entry where you can also rent gear if you need any. And they have courses, but I didn't take one so far.

To use the climbing gym you'll have to register. A bit of a downturner to me is that they obviously track you. When you want to go into the gym you have to tell them your name and there's a ski-lift-like star handle to pass -- in and out. Still I like this place.

Regarding prices: You get an approximately 10 percent discount if you are a member of "Naturfreunde" or "Österreichischer Alpenverein". Also there's a very nice discount if you climb on weekdays before 2 pm.
