Had sort of a hard time getting here, but that might have something to do with my sense of direction... Nice metal / hardrock cave, with an impressive outside area. Although I never get why they can't put a proper working AC in these places...

Up to now, a never disappointing location in the matters of music. A broad, but always selective pallet, from world music to indie, and the old masters of the underground, that never made it to the surface of general recognition and valuation.. Almost always outstanding performances.
Now, though: Operater change. (http://szenebleibt.at/ Too late already, anyway.) Worst to expect, but we'll have to see... They're taking it cautious in the beginning, so still a recommendation here.. -
Good location, even if a little bit off the map compared to most other locations. Haven't ever seen a bad concert there.
It's even bearable when it's sold out.

One of the nicest larger places to see a live indie music show in Vienna. The backyard garden is great in summer.
Metal & Hard Rock now? Used to be a total "indie" place! Huh.
