  A discreetly chic organic enoteca that I was little bit nervous to walk into...I looked like a student, was staying at the hostel across the way...could I REALLY afford a meal here?! Then again, I had skimped on accommodation precisely to eat well during this visit, so I mustered up my courage and in crappy Italian, ordered spinach flan in a Parmesan fondue and cappellacci with buffalo mozzarella, capers, and basil. Wincing as I forked over my cash, I sheepishly went back to the hostel common room to unabashedly gorge on what was probably the gastronomic highlight of my trip. (Note to self: will definitely come back when I'm more of an adult, psychologically and financially.)
