I don't know if you are from Vienna or not, but if you speak English i think that may be one of the reasons that the staff appears a bit arrogant. I noticed that the desk clerk tried to avoid me for a long time when she noticed I was speaking norwegian to my husband :) When I walked up to the counter she blushed and appologized that she was comletely blank in english! :)

unfriendly and arrogant staff, bags are sold without their dust bags, mostly overpriced pieces, overall limited selection

Lot's of designer cloth's, bags and shoes. The store is well kept, and their items well taken care of. Lot's of beautiful dresses. And the staff have lot's of knowledge about designer things!
