As the other two said: very relaxed place with waiters spreading good mood, ever changing choice of shisha tobaccos and a decent selection of turkish food (I just had desserts and the "Melanzani Paste" there, those were pretty good). Prices are mid-ranged, I'd say.
What I missed is that it seems you can not get black tea in small quantities but only in a pot for 5 € (unlike the 50 c mini-cup in many of the other turkish places around which is just perfect for getting back on track when you feel a little tired).
Concerning payment: normally they do not require immediate paying (when being a group of 3 or 4 people), so it must have been because of the large group.
As concerns the prices for the waterpipes, it's 5 € a pipe and you get 2 pieces of coal - including service (that means the waiters come by once in a while to check on the coal).
My best time I had there one late afternoon when there were barely any people and a group of old turkish men came in and started making music just for themselves. But this was years ago when it was not that well known - haven't seen anything like that lately.
Can't say anything about the parties but now that I have a place to sleep nearby, I guess I'll try it out someday soon.

Suuuuuuper relaxed atmosphere, very comfy couches to chill out on, live dj (had nice progressive/dub playing) and they had a small drum circle in the back area which go things pumping!
Food is turkish (vegetarian of course available) but doesn't taste that spectactular (can't compare to Kent!) and prices are a bit steep, but the service is amazing, the waiters are all extraordinarily fun/ny and always with a lovely smile on their faces.
Not sure if it's standard but you have to pay for everything up front i.e. no making a tab to pay later (maybe depends on how crowded it is? we were a large group and there were 2 other very large groups there) - though this is not a bad thing, except that you will probably tip more if you order more.
Ah yes, they have shisha pipes everywhere too.. not sure of the prices though. -
Gemütlicher, entspannter und schön eingerichteter Restaurantbereich mit guter türkischer Kost, Wasserpfeifen, angenehme Musik, äußerst freundliches Personal, ...
