I am grateful to have found Dr Ash. Years of intense stress left me physically, emotionally and mentally depleted and in need of healing. In the last 5 years, I have worked with an osteopath, homoeopath, acupuncturist, naturopath, women’s hormone specialist, Ayurvedic doctor, reiki master/pranic healer, yoga and meditation teachers. While each modality brought me relief, my nervous system was still stressed.

Very happy to have been referred to Dr. Jalili by an occupational therapist. He's one of the best chiropractors I've ever met. His training with functional neurology and concussions has helped my symptoms improve. Definitely a very positive/helpful person who I would highly recommend.

Several years after having a concussion, I experienced symptoms that didn't seem solvable by many of the specialists I saw. My quality of life diminished significantly and I was at a loss of what to do or what could help. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr. Ash and I've never looked back. He was the first one to start treating me for a concussion. Within a few visits, I noticed a remarkable difference. Dr. Ash is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and has a sense of humour! He's been very attentive to my concerns, he educates me about what is happening and I feel he is truly looking out for my best interests. He has significantly improved my quality of life. He is an excellent doctor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had the best PRP FACIAL (Platelet-Rich Plasma) at Equinox Integrative Wellness Center. I had absolutely no idea what was about to happen during this facial. However, the team of specialists educated me prior, during, and after this process. They made me feel so comfortable. My skin looks and feels great.

I have severe pain in my hip, which hindered me from walking, provoked me to seek medical care. After an MRI, x-rays, and cortisone injections including an epidural, I decided to try acupuncture treatment by Equinox Integrative Wellness Center. After the treatment, I can hardly believe the improvement. I can now walk without a cane and can again enjoy one of my favorite activities.
