e bought two VIP tickets for a all inclusive evening. The reception was with a glas of champagne, it tasted like sewer water.
For 10 minutes it was impossible to order a drink, had to do with a mix-up in the kitchen (again). Then the red wine was served cold, en the quality was terrible. Then the o so friendly mixupinthekitchenguy told us ther was no vegetarian reservation, although we gave it up on the website, AND we phoned. He took back the plate from my girlfriend while we waited for my dish because it was getting cold. About five minutes later my dish was served, en my girlfriend got back the EXACT same plate, it was even colder then before. The vegetarian dish was just awful, it was pasta with some mushrooms from a can, i didn't eat it en i saw more coming back. The dish from my girlfriend was also not fresh, meat/vegetables came from the freezer.
The food is really really terrible, and the "headwaiter" a.k.a sir " therehasbeenamixupinthekitchen" was not really helping.The show however was ok, but it's not really improvising if your own people are in the audience yelling suggestions.
As i life in Amsterdam, i know these kind of places, they aim at tourist, en whatever food or service you provide is irrelevant, because people won't come back for a long time.
