I always had positive experiences with Ubuy Thailand. They delivered my orders on time at my doorsteps. Sometimes they offer extra discounts on some products. All in all a good experience. Though I saw some negative feedback about them, I cant say much even they are real or some bad marketing by any other platform. would like to recommend it, try Ubuy.

I just had a problem with the return. First item was damaged. Contacted Ubuy and return handled perfectly. Got a replacement item and this time it was in good condition. 4 star rating for Ubuy. 1 star for the problem I faced. Thanks

Amazing app!! I have never come across an app that has so many products in every category of every international brand. Thank you Ubuy team! I have one concern though - The shipping charges are a bit high but I can understand that since products are coming from abroad, it can be the reason. One suggestion from my end to introduce COD to selected categories. It will help us to shop more with Ubuy.
