  Ultra Lite has a great team of weight loss consultants in Australia, as they give a holistic approach to weight loss skill with effective practical diet tips and support that has helped me reach my weight loss goals.   After seeing a program on TV about the Ketogenic diet, I was very determined to make it work. Ketogenesis is a process the body uses to lose weight given a number of correct actions. This is a great concept and important to be assessed by a health care professional. I am following their program regularly with getting good results. Thank you Ultra Lite!
