  The restaurant is on the 9th floor of the Institut du Monde Arabe. You have a great view over Paris and directly on Notre Dame. The restaurant is really exclusive and really expensive. But at least you should enjoy a tea (a pot of black tea for 4,50 euros) on the terrace. They've got some vegan food options as well. Just in case you want to have an exclusive dinner if you are in Paris.
